Consent and Refund Policy

Informed Consent

• All aesthetic and medical procedures require signed consent forms, which outline the procedure, risks, and expected outcomes.

• Clients will have an opportunity to ask questions and clarify concerns before proceeding.

Refunds

• Due to the personalised nature of our treatments, refunds are not provided for completed procedures, except in cases of malpractice or failure to deliver the agreed service.

• For cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance, the deposit may be applied to a rescheduled appointment.
